About this property

Come and enjoy and relax in this direct oceanfront 1st floor condo. Enjoy the spectacular sunrises by sitting outside of your condo, where you will have your own sitting area. Fully equipped to have a comfortable stay.

Conveniently located with a shopping plaza is right across the street. This one bedroom first floor condo directly located by the pool deck. It has an open floorplan with a bedroom/kitchen/living room. It is set up to accommodate up to 4 people. The bedroom has a king size bed with dresser and TV/Cable and two night stands. Bathroom with tub/shower and vanity. Kitchen fully equipped to make your meals, two bar stools, kitchen table with chairs, living room with a new full size sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress and TV/Cable.

*Update February 2024:
Daytona Beach Resort had damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in Sept and Nov 2022. Pools, pool deck, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna are closed until further notice.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed.
We expect repairs and construction during 2024.
Parking garage is closed and parking is available next door of the Resort to the south side lot.
Beach access is still available via the public access area adjacent to the resort. To go to the Beach you would need to exit front lobby, and walk (by garage) to the side of the building.
The parking garage is also currently closed for maintenance. There is limited parking available in front of the resort (follow parking map posted in the lobby) and a large parking lot located adjacent to the resort south lot.
One Parking pass is found inside the room to be placed in your vehicle. Upon departure you would need to leave it inside the room.
Also please follow the parking map posted in the lobby.
Parking is available next door of Resort south lot.

Best beach stay

I absolutely loved this place. The patio was awesome even with that pool being closed. We enjoyed the inside pool and beach. The host was wonderful with communication. The location was great! Close to shopping and restaurants.
