Old barn entirely restored and fitted out in the respect of the Quercynoise tradition, close to many classified sites, Rocamadour, Padirac, Sarlat. The house benefits from a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside, a PRIVATE HOT swimming pool, a private covered car park, a private playground. Very quiet.On the ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen of 60m2, storeroom/laundry room (dishwasher and fridge), shower room+wc, fireplace+insert. Upstairs: mezzanine relaxation area (library), 3 bedrooms, 1 with a dressing room (2 beds 1.40m, 4 beds 0.90m), shower room, separate toilet, BB bath, board games, DVD player, stereo system available. Unfenced ground and car shelters.
