Nice and quiet

The apartment is actually made of two, hence the 2 kitchens. Be aware it is at street level - but it is really quiet. Very close to S-bahn and buses, 20' to center. Check-in was very efficient, Soren and Nina were very reactive to our requests. Overall in good shape, even if some items need to be fixed.

A great place to stay I Berlin - easy to get around, close to public transport, bars and restaurants

A spacious, well equipped apartment in a quiet location. It's great for business, especially at the Messe, as it's within a few minutes of the S-Bahn. The facilities are very nice with large, comfortable rooms, free Wi-Fi and all of the appliances you'd need for a stay away from home.

Vi var ti damer på helgetur og alle var superfornøyde med leiligheten. God beliggenhet med butikk, noen restauranter og buss like utenfor døren. Leiligheten var skinnende ren og inneholdt alt vi hadde behov for og mer til. Vi hadde god kommunikasjon med eierne underveis. Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

Die Wohnung hat eine angenehme Lage, es ist ruhig und nicht weit von der Stadtmitte entfernt. Supermärkte sind auch sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Küchen sind gut ausgestattet und man findet alles was man für das alltägliche Leben braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und gemütlich. Die Badezimmer sind modern und ordentlich. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen: Es gibt alles was man braucht und die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen! Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

Tolle, saubere Wohung. Netter, unkomplizierter Vermieter! Gute Lage zu Öffis.

Die Wohnung ist super, toll ausgestattet, sehr sauber, gut angebunden an die S-Bahn. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist angenehm, sehr fexibel und unkompliziert. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ihr Bewertungs-Text (Öffentlich) Wie haben im März diesen Jahres 4 Nächte in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Top Verkehrsanbindung durch die Nähe zum S Bahnhof Schöneberg und nette Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da wie beruflich mit 3 Kolleginnen in Berlin waren und aufgrund einer Messe kaum noch Hotelzimmer zu bekommen waren, waren wir auf der Suche nach einer zentral gelegenen Alternative. Für diese Wohnung haben wir uns aufgrund der 3 Schlafzimmer, mit je einem Fernseher entschieden damit jede abends einen Rückzugsort hat. Leider ist eines der Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer zur zweiten (größeren) Küche und dem zweiten größerem Bad (Tageslicht) so dass die Person die in diesem Zimmer nächtigt ggf.gestört wird oder sich die anderen beiden Personen das kleinere innenliegende Badezimmer teilen müssen. Ebenfalls sind wir daher hauptsächlich auf die vorne liegende kleinere Küche ausgewichen. Daher einen Punkt Abzug in der Bewertung. Ansonsten waren wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter Sören war ebenfalls einwandfrei.

Great Place

It was a really good place for the 7 of us. loved the fact that it had 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. It is very clean and updated. It is in a good location with restaurants, grocery store, bakery, and pubs all within walking distance. The subway was also close, only a five minute walk. Bus line even closer. It was a great place for us and would definitely rent again.

Erstklassig

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und ist rundum schön. Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Küchen sind in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und sehr sauber. Mit dem S-Bahnhof und Bushaltestellen direkt um die Ecke kommt man problemlos überall hin, auch Supermärkte und Bäcker sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Nur Parkplätze sind in dieser Gegend Mangelware. Das nächste mal würden wir eher mit dem Zug anreisen. Zur Begrüßung gab es außerdem ein Fläschchen Sekt sowie ein paar Biere im Kühlschrank. Wir können uns also nicht beklagen und würden gerne noch einmal hier hin kommen :)

We visited Berlin for a week in October, and the accommodations were perfect for 5 of us! The large living room table provided us with plenty of work space, 2 bathrooms made mornings easy. Sören was extremely friendly and forthcoming and we highly recommend renting this flat!
