2km from the village and the caves of Lacave, contemporary single storey house situated in a hamlet overlooking the surrounding countryside and the Dordogne valley at 600m, benefiting from all modern conveniences and a small pleasantly landscaped garden, very well situated for visiting the must-see sites of the Quercy nature park (Lacave, Rocamadour, Padirac, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Souillac, Martel, Figeac. ...) and the neighbouring Departments : Dordogne (Sarlat, La Roque Gageac, Domme...) and Corrèze (Brive, Collonge la Rouge, Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne...) and enjoy the water activities of the Dordogne valley (swimming, canoeing, fishing...) Gîte on one level. A living room, TV, satellite, DVD player, stereo, telephone, wifi, a separate kitchen equipped (dishwasher, microwave, ...), a pantry, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90), bathroom (Italian shower), separate toilet.
