Living room/kitchen area: combined gas hob (3 gas burners, 1 electric burner) / electric oven and dishwasher, freezer compartment, BZ sofa useful for an extra bed for 2 people, 1 bedroom with sloping ceilings (1 bed 1.40m, 1 bed 0.90m), bathroom with wc, enclosed garden of 25 m2. Electric heating by convectors and pellet stove (wood pellets: €5/15 kg bag). Wi-Fi access. Gite on the edge of the Holy Way.
