Nice size place in a good location in Manchester. The check in instructions were a bit confusing as they were from the car park but we didn't have a car, so we ended up getting lost but made it there eventually. Overall nice place that was as described - clean and comfortable. Would stay here again

Normal entry was blocked off which meant we had to carry our bags up and down stairs. There was no communication on this or how to use the locks which were very complicated and required a video to understand. The rental itself was great! Clean and well appointed.

Family visit to Manchester
Check in/out process was a little more involved but we managed . Instructions on how to use the washer/dryer are needed for future renters . The unit was clean , well equipped , but more attention to the smaller things like the shower was clogged , toilet seat was not on properly , the patio windows need to be cleaned . Very pleasant and helpful concierge. Easy walking distance into town .
