Property is advertised using images of maybe when it was first built, but it’s in deplorable state

Neighbourhood is the most filthy part of Dar es Salaam. Serious health concerns due to uncleanliness of both property and furniture inside. Owners moved me to a different property which also had issues of water. The showering water was coming out at a pace that it would take you 40 minutes to fill up a 20 litre bucket. I send the owner a video to which they promised to send someone to fix it, but they never. There is also serious electrical metre problem at the property . We kept on recharging the electricity and for the 5 days we were there we recharged USD$50 in batches of $10 amd it would run out even when we spend the whole day out, with only fridge left running. And yet the security guards stated that USD$15 SHOULD COVER YOU FOR THE WHOLE MONTH. The owner was informed but no action was taken to correct. Instead they claimed we must have been leaving the aircon running and that wasn’t the case. This property is in Palm Village. If you open the tape water to try and put water in the tub instead of using shower, the tub doesn’t hold any water it goes straight on the whole bathroom floor. We took videos and sent to owner but owner unreliable as all we got were promises to fix it but nothing ever happened.

He and his wife were very disobedient,having a room of 3 acs and expecting to use less than 10usd electricity per day is insane,the apartment is a 5 star if you cant stand leave it those with money,they were very dirty and left apartment so dirty. They even dont know how to use the tube this tube works so well i bet africans will always be africans having little education on tube usage. Trying check shower i see everything is cool this guy is not using common sense why is he posting things not working while its him who doesnt know how to use .For future host expect this guest as dirt to your busines posting poor reviews simply because he doesnt know how to use and they leaving the apartment dirty i wil never host such guests again and i dnt want them in my apartment
