In the authentic setting of the 'hameau de gîtes' of Mas de Sembelou, the old barn of an 18th century farmhouse has recently been converted. This charming cottage will surprise you with its association of large volumes with comfortable spaces for 4 people. On a background of old stones, the very trendy decor will charm you with the combination of raw materials such as wood and iron. A special atmosphere... like a loft spirit in the countryside. This cottage is accessible and suitable for people with reduced mobility. Shared swimming pool with 2 other gites for 2 people. and owners. To discover at 15 min. one of the most beautiful villages in France: Saint Cirq Lapopie, the Lot and Célé valley, Cahors, Rocamadour, Figeac... Level access to the living room, fully equipped kitchen area and lounge located on the 1/2 floor. 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom area (basin, mirror): 2 90 cm beds in one and 1 160 cm bed in the other. Large private covered terrace. Courtyard and common ground. Possibility to rent the 3 lodgings 46G11855, 46G11856, 46G12149 for 8/9 people.
