Private Beach! Spectacular Ocean Views!

Located in between South Kingstown Town Beach and East Matunuck State Beach, you will experience incredible Ocean views and have access to a Private Beach right out your back door!! Breathtaking panoramic views from two sprawling decks. Views of Block Island and Point Judith lighthouse. Ocean on one side, Potters Pond (saltwater) across the street.

This 2,100 SF Ocean front house has A/C throughout the house, 3 Bedrooms (1K,1Queen and 1Full/Twin bunk bed with (2) twin trundle: sleeps 9) , 3-bathrooms, an outdoor shower and is located on your own private beach! (Private beach access right out your back door). In addition to the private beach and the Ocean on one side, you have a beautiful saltwater pond across the street. This home is your escape to the beach, kayaking (we provide two kayaks), or simply sitting on our elevated deck and enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of the ocean. You are 1/2 mile from Town Beach at Matunuck (South Kingstown Town Beach), and less than 3/4 mile from East Matunuck State Beach. There is also a fishing area less than a 3-minute walk down the street. This is also a great area for bicycling (we provide bikes).

This house has a modern kitchen for cooking large family meals along with a large pantry closet, an open dining room leading to a relaxing living room. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer, a master suite overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a master bath, 2 other large bedrooms, hardwood floors throughout, and did we mention spectacular Ocean views!

We provide everything for a great beach vacations: We provide linens and towels as well as 8 Beach Chairs, 2 Backpack Beach Chairs, 1 Beach Umbrella, 1 Rolling Cooler, 1 Beach Stroller, 2 Boogie Boards, 1 Beach Tote as well as a Corn Hole game and 2 Kayaks!

Newport is just a short 35 minute drive.
The Block Island Ferry is only 20 minutes away.
East Matunuck Beach is a 5 mile drive or a 3/4 mile walk along the beach
South Kingstown Town Beach is a 10 minute walk
Green Hill Beach is 5 miles away
Charlestown Beach is 7 Miles away
Narragansett Town Beach is only a 15 minute drive away
Foxwoods Casino is a quick 45 minute drive

Awesome Spot

The house the location the atmosphere, were all amazing. My family had a great time. Some of the additional amenities like the kayaks and bikes were a huge hit, would absolutely stay again.

We loved every minute spent at this great house! All details of this place are designed with guests in mind, and you have everything you need for a perfect vacation stay! We wish we could stayed longer! But we hope to be back next year.

Matunuck Beach

Our stay was amazing. The house is even better in person. The immediate beach access is great for short strolls and quick play for the kids. The bigger beach is a close walk to go play in the sand and get ice cream for the way home. Would definitely stay again if we ever head to the east coast again.

Stunning rental - perfect getaway

This is our 3rd summer visiting this amazing property. The house is immaculate, well-appointed and the deck overlooking the ocean is the happiest place in the world to drink your coffee in the morning. Short walk to the quiet side of the state beach. Can't wait for next year's visit.

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and short walking distance to several beaches and restaurants. Live music at the Ocean Mist was amazing! Spent way too much money at the surf shop! Views and sunsets from the porch were amazing!

Incredible week at the beach!

My husband, twin sons, my parents, and I had an unforgettable weeklong vacation at the beach at this property. It was spotless and well appointed, the kitchen has every thing you can think to meet! We had coffee on the deck looking at the ocean each morning, and cocktails enjoying the sunset each night. Every room was comfortable, and the bathrooms were plentiful and spotless. We have already a return stay for next year! Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

We had a great time relaxing overlooking the water. The view from the deck was stunning, even when the weather did not cooperate, and it was fun to watch people surfing in the ocean. The house is well appointed and very comfortable and clean. Gregg was nice to deal with and quick to respond to questions. The info sheet including local beaches and restaurants was very helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

Ocean view relaxation

With a great beach view from a comfortable balcony and well-appointed furniture throughout, this was a great place for a family reunion. We spent 5 days watching the waves, playing on the private beach and nearby beaches, playing games with grandsons, kayaking in the saltwater area across the street, and exploring Matunuck. The owner was very approachable when we had questions. We’re already thinking we’d like to return.

Beautiful view, beautiful house.

A few steps to the beach. If you prefer a more sandy, heavily populated beach, it is a very short drive. House is nicely appointed with a lot of detail items we didn't know we needed until we got there. Just fantastic. Hoping it is available again for the same week next year! 👍😊

Wonderful stay

We spent a lovely long weekend at this beautiful home. The kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee. In fact, the home really provided everything - toys, recreation equipment, linens, household and bath products. There was even more gathering space than we anticipated. Definitely a great place to connect with family. The best part, is the ocean view. People were surfing and paddle boarding even in the 32 degree air temperature. Peace and enjoyment.

Relaxing Getaway

We just returned from our stay at this property in Matunuck. Everything listed in the description along with the photos of the home are exactly as advertised. This home has the perfect backdrop of oceanfront views and sounds, along with the feeling of being away from it all. Plenty of shells on the beach for the kids to collect, while my husband and I enjoyed fishing from the shore. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance along with a pizza place and ice cream shop. Newport was also a quick drive away, under 30 minutes, and made for fun day trips. So many beautiful beaches to visit all along the coast. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and feeling unplugged from it all!

Perfect Get-Away

My best friend and I stayed 4 nights mid-week May 2024 with another friend joining us for 1 night. This property is exactly as it is shown. Gregg has thought of everything you might need. The house layout is awesome; views from the windows are amazing! We had an issue with a window after checking in. I texted Gregg about it. He responded immediately. Gregg arranged for a maintenance person to come the next morning and the issue was quickly resolved. The location was great and so close to home for a quick trip. Nice quiet area! We would definitely book it again. Book this property! You won't be disappointed!

Graduation weekend

Beautiful home, right on the beach. We could not have asked for anything more. Tons of room to: sit and have coffee while watching the ocean or play board games. We had a beautiful cookout after the graduation with the nice grill on site. This is a large and comfortable home. I did run out and buy some extra towels as one pp for a long weekend would not work for my family. We used the washer and dryer which was a plus. Everything is as pictured on VRBO. Greg gave good instructions and was easy to contact, especially when during a storm we lost power. Overall was a great family getaway weekend. Thanks Greg 😁
