Located in the popular and green district of Beausoleil (Haut Montauban), our charming house of 170 m² on two levels has been entirely designed to offer you unforgettable reunions. Whether you are looking for rest or moments of sharing, put down your suitcases: everything is ready for you!

In order to guarantee you a perfect holiday, we have designed our house around 4 main axes dedicated to families:

1. Family welcome: Travel light and with peace of mind
We know that it is difficult to travel with small children. That's why the house is well equipped for toddlers!

Childcare equipment: cots, high chair, changing table, deckchair, and even a stroller at your disposal for your walks.

Safety and serenity: The private outdoor swimming pool is fully secured. The area is extremely quiet, without nuisances.

2. Room organisation: Space for the whole tribe
With its 5 bedrooms spread over two floors, the house adapts to all configurations up to 10 possible beds. It is the ideal layout for 2 families with 2-3 children each, or a large intergenerational family:

On the ground floor (the parent/quiet area):

1 master suite (King size bed 180x200) with dressing room and private bathroom (shower, toilet).

1 large bedroom (King size bed 180x200).

Upstairs (the children's/friends area):

1 double bedroom (bed 160x200).

1 double bedroom (bed 140x200).

1 double bedroom (bed 140x190).

A modern bathroom (bath + shower) and a separate toilet.

(Note: Each bedroom is equipped with a dressing room and a desk).

Thermal comfort: The house remains pleasant in the summer thanks to the fans in the rooms and a small auxiliary air conditioner.

3. Children's activities: Laughter guaranteed, inside and outside
No time to get bored, no matter the weather!

At home: A multi-game area (table football, billiards, table tennis) and board games. On the ground floor, a bright cocooning lounge with Home Cinema for your family film nights. Outside, a play area dedicated to children in the garden.

Around the house: The region is a paradise for children! Enjoy local activities just a few minutes away: the Chambord Park, the leisure centre for swimming, the educational farm to amaze the little ones, or the tree climbing courses for the adventurous.

4. Services: Put your bags down, we'll take care of the rest

Linen provided: Bed linen is included, beds are made on arrival.

Cleaning included: Enjoy until the last minute without worrying about the big cleaning at the start.

Premium equipment: Kitchen equipped for large tables, outdoor barbecue (charcoal provided), complete laundry area and even a sports area for the bravest!

🌍 An ideal location:
20 minutes from the historic town centre of Montauban, you are close to all amenities (markets, supermarkets). It is also the perfect starting point to explore the Gorges de l'Aveyron, the Quercy Blanc, Albi or Toulouse.
