Welcome to The Starling!

PERFECT LOCATION! Just steps away from the beach & the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This delightful 2 story townhome has an inviting floor plan with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths & 1 half bath. The 1st floor includes a kitchen, dining room, half bath, and a living room with a full sofa bed. The 2nd floor offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and washer and dryer. The master has a king bed and the guest room offers a queen bed.

After a day at the beach, grill up some food on the charcoal grill located on the back patio area or lounge on the rooftop patio. This family-oriented complex is also just a short walk to some of the best restaurants, shopping, lighthouse, fishing pier, and Village area. HDTV and wireless internet available. Perfect place to kick back and enjoy all that St Simons has to offer!

Please Note: A $250 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking. A $100 non-refundable reservation fee which is applied to all reservations and is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.

The Starling on Saint Simons Island

A very nice three story townhouse ... very close to a public access to the beach which is very nice. Two bedrooms and two full baths on the second floor are nice and comfortable. There are three TVs, a patio, and a roof top sitting area. With little ambient light, looking at the stars is a real treat. The living room are is nice and there is a 1/2 bath on the first floor. A small kitchen offers everything needed. Enjoy !

Great location

My husband and I stayed for five nights. The location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet. Short walk to beach. Beautiful townhouse and quiet. We loved it. Would definitely stay again!! Make sure you take a day and go to Jekyll. Beautiful place!

The Starling Property is perfect.

This was our first time to St Simons and Our stay at the Starling Property was perfect for my wife and I. We enjoyed the rooftop for our morning coffee and evening stargazing. This home has everything that you can possibly need. Close to the beach across the street which was so peaceful and definitely not crowded. We will definitely be back soon to this beautiful little island and this perfect home.
