Welcome to Seabreeze Tree House!

At first glance this house takes you back to your childhood treehouse! A beautiful 400+ year old Georgia Southern Oak tree is the centerpiece of the elevated front deck. When you enter this home you are greeted by a airy sunroom that leads you to the front deck. This tranquil front deck is perfect for your cup of coffee in the morning or a great evening for a cook out with the large gas grill on the deck. The first bedroom is the master on the main level with a spa-like ensuite bath. There is a hall half bath that leads you to the open floor plan living/dinning/kitchen space. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, glass backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The living space has an abundance of sun light due to the stunning large windows. You can also sit back and relax at the end of the day with a large smart tv with access to cable and apps.

The second floor has two guest rooms with a quaint living area with a sleeper sofa, perfect for spending quiet time reading a book or a perfect space for kids to enjoy games. There is also a shared full bathroom in the hall with a tub/shower comb. Guests also have access to the garage which has a charcoal grill!

Our property is located in the Pier Village district, which is located on the south end of the island. The ocean is only 3 blocks away (0.3 miles/ 6 minute walk)! This vibrant area is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas.

Dogs Allowed: a $150 fee for one dog or $225 for two dogs.

Please Note: A $250 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking. A $100 non-refundable reservation fee which is applied to all reservations and is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Relaxing on the deck

This is our 4th visit to SSI and this may be our favorite place yet Great location and the deck was the perfect spot to sit and relax and read and hang out

Perfect location - great house!

My family of 5 and my dog had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. A quick walk down to the beach. Downtown was also a quick drive to get to. My 3 boys loved the home. The deck with the big oak was an awesome place to read! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house. Beautiful location. Beautiful vacation.

We had a wonderful stay for our month at Seabreeze Tree House. The house was perfect. The front porch was ideal for morning coffee and a good book. The location was convenient to the beach, the Village, and any restaurant you could want. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again.
