This was an amazing stay!! The owner was great and on top of everything. The house was exactly what we were looking for and we will 100% be staying here again!! Highly recommend!!
Kayaking and paddle boarding was so much fun, the house looked exactly as pictured and chaz was a attentive host and was very responsive to all my questions
We were in town for a family wedding and wanted to be close to our relatives who live on the Rainbow River. This was the perfect spot, and so many great amenities. Will definitely book again!

Eatha and her guests were great. Excellent communication, left the home in perfect order and very respectful of the house rules. Would highly recommend, look forward seeing you again.
We love the area, and come every year. The golf cart, kayaks and the rack for carry are a real bonus. Nice outdoor area for hanging out. Inside is very cozy. Highly recommended!
Loved the comfort of the space and all the perks.
Golf cart, private boat entrance that fit our small pontoon, paddle boards and basketball game.
Great setup and worth the $!
This was a favorite for sure! The home was beyond clean. Everything you see in the add and more to keep you and anyone with you entertained. The owner was amazing by communicating all the perks of the property and surrounding area. We will be back for sure!

I’m happy you had a great time, I look forward to seeing you again. You left the home so clean, thank you. You are welcome back anytime, thank you.
House was just as advertised! Was convenient to walk drive or golf cart down to the river. Great swimming hole at the ramp. Had a blast, house has cold AC, plenty of games and activities for the kids. Ended up using the kayaks and it was very easy to load and hookup the golf cart trailer. We will be back.

You all were great! Look forward to seeing you again.
Loved everything about our stay . Besides the fact that the host and property manager were wonderful ,helpful and responded to every question right away the place was everything we could have wished for and more .Kayaking on the rainbow river was simply amazing , the place is stunning with loads of wild life and beautiful views. Went on a bike ride to watch the sunrise at the river and cruised around the neighborhood .The fireplace was also a very nice touch on a chilly night .It really was an amazing experiance

What a great guest, left the home in great condition, would highly recommend, and would enjoy having you back anytime.
This house was great. We had the best time. Everything we needed and more was there. Chaz was awesome. Responded immediately and thought of Everything. The kids had so much to do and were never bored. The boat ramp/ park area was great. We hung out there all day on Sunday. Kayaks, kids games, extentisive movie collection, and pontoon boat were all put to good use. Beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thanks again Chaz for an amazing stay!!!

Kelly and her family were a pleasure to host. Did a great job with leaving my home in great shape. We would definitely host Kelly and the family again!
Chaz's place is amazing! He is responsive and ensures that you're going to have a great stay. This place has the perfect set up....plenty of tubes and kayaks for a river adventure! The best part was having the use of a golf cart and trailer that made transport to the river so easy and efficient! Chaz provides everything you could possibly need to enjoy a weekend escape from reality.
The beds are comfortable and the space is perfect. He also provides a grill if you want to cook out at the private park with the river access. The park is so close with plenty of parking to enjoy the whole day floating, kayaking, or paddle boarding. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Christina was a pleasure to host. Great communication, her guests were very respectful and a pleasure to meet. We look forward to seeing you again. Highly recommended.
Chaz the owner was very responsive . Resonded in a timely manner . We had a great time. Couple of Malibu or ocean kayak tandems added in the future would be a great addition to his fleet of kayaks. The ten foot singles are a little taxing to reach the head spring especially if you are new to kayaking. Also bring some dawn detergent, provided dish soap a little ineffective. The place looked and smelled clean. I was impressed for an older trailer no musty smell whatsoever . Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Ac worked perfectly.
VRBO listing makes no mention of video surveillance...and the host watches it intently in effort to make more money. I also suspect audio recording occurs, which is illegal without consent in FL. If a single-wide trailer while being intently recorded by multie cameras the entire time is your thing, this place is for you! I have to get the State AG involved to recoup my money. Host is dishonest.

What a terrible guest. It is noted that we do have security cameras on the property for the safety of the guests and protection of my property. The security company noted you had eight people in your party, that’s why I got a security report otherwise they just want to check in to make sure it’s you checking in with the correct amount of guests. You had two additional people in your party you did not want to pay for. I asked you to pay it or vacate. You chose to vacate. As far as the fees go, that’s on VRBO for not refunding the fees or if they did. I only charged you for cleaning for using the showers and staying at the property for six hours . If anybody has any issue, it would be me for people like you that are dishonest trying to get something for free. You already got a discount when you booked it. So to pay for the extra guest fee would’ve not been a big deal then everybody in your party could enjoy all the amenities but you did not want to do that. It’s important to be truthful, because what comes around goes around, I don’t recommend this guy, been nothing but a headache since this whole thing got started. Owners, beware!
Great property especially for the price and all the amenities included. My family will be planning a big trip back down to the river hopefully this summer and will be looking to stay here or at another property by host again.
My family enjoyed our short stay and kayaking on the Rainbow River. This home was very clean upon arrival. We had everything we needed for cooking and comfort during our stay and had all our questions promptly answered by the host. It was fun and convenient to use the golf cart to transport kayaks to the neighborhood boat launch. It was a nice little spot to wade in the water at the launch site as well - very pretty place.
Easy access to the river with golf carts, trailer, kayaks all on premises. House was clean and accommodating—perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.
A lot of very useful amenities that save you a lot of time and money. The location is great as it is very close to a private park with a boat launch. The home is pretty roomy and the fire pit was a huge bonus for us. The owner was super responsive and helpful. We had a great time and plan to go back whenever we can! 😊
Chaz went above and beyond to make sure our two families “adults and kids” had everything anyone would need to enjoy and unwind for a weekend of fun on the river and at home. If anything we over packed because Chaz had all of the necessities covered inside and out. There was plenty of yard games, fire wood, kayaks, tubes, paddle boards, bikes, and the golf carts for transport. I had a really hard time leaving the hammock at night while staring up at the gorgeous night sky and stars by the fire. The Jon boat rental was perfect for getting up and down the river and the community park was beautiful and close to the rental. He was always accommodating and gave us the best suggestions on places to see and what to do while on the river. We will 100% be back to stay next time we visit Rainbow river. There is no other place we would rather stay. Thanks for an unforgettable weekend!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & communication with the property owner, Chaz, was top notch!
The property is well kept & a quick golf cart ride to Rainbow Springs. We were able to enjoy ever moment of our stay because Chaz has thought of everything that could possibly be wanted & needed, down to the smallest of details.
Now last but certainly not least, I have to rave on the John boat named Jenny. She is just the right size for maneuvering the river. With just a little gas, she provided an easy & carefree day of fun on the water for our family of 4.
We will definitely be back!
We highly recommend this place. The owner of the property had all our needs covered. Biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, floats, table games for all ages, golf card and a small boat for our use. The community recreational area is also a nice place to enjoy with Rainbow River views and a launch ramp. We used Chaz’s golf card to carry the kayaks upriver (HP Hole Park) and went down all the way down to his recreational area.
We will be back!
