Cozy house with patio in nice quiet neighborhood close to Old Mesilla, ,wine country, shopping, convenient to White Sands, hiking, etc.
Full couch , Queen size mattress and ironing board with iron.
Key pad entry. With refrigerated AC and Heat with controls easily accessible you can stay comfortable.
The house comprises 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. One bedroom is closed (not for guest ). The guest room has it's own bathroom. The house is not shared with owners when it's occupied with guest as the entire house with the common areas (living, ...) will be available for the guest during the stay.
