House was great. Not super comfortable to lounge around with friends in (couch is tiny). There were a few spots that seemed to have been missed in the cleaning process, but overall, great place to stay.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. So sorry to hear that the cleaning may not have been perfect for your stay. We strive to do the best we can and do occasionally fall short and miss a thing or two. We hope this won't deter you from coming back to stay with us again.
The property was clean and fairly close to Garden City and not to far from Rendezvous Beach. The kitchen-family-dining room could be a little small especially for sleeping up to 12 people.
It was fine for 8. And it is nearly a two story stairway to the 2nd floor.
The management was very courteous and responded very quickly day or night to any questions or issues.
The location is good but you do have to cross a busy street to get to the swimming pool, small beach and lake.
The unit was great for sleeping and use of bathrooms. The kitchen, dining and living area are small but adequate for 9 people. There were some items (frying pan, roasting pan, hot pads) in the kitchen that could have been cleaned better but for the most part I was comfortable with the cleanliness. We enjoyed the amenities of pickleball court, swimming pool, small sandy beach and dock. The bike path goes right by the unit and was easy to ride on.

Overview of stay
I was not impressed by this property. We arrived Thursday night and I went in the kitchen to unload our food for the weekend only to find the kitchen pretty dirty. I had to put all the plates, coffee pot and silverware in the diswasher and run it before we could use any of it. I took pictures of the things that we found. Such as cups/straws from someone elses stay in the couch. The outside sitting chairs were broke so we were scared to sit on them. All in all it was just a dirty place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that things were not as clean as they should have been. This is definitely not the typical impression we like to leave with a guest and our cleaners do work hard to try to make things look great for each and every guest but it sounds like maybe they were lacking a bit on this particular clean. Again I apologize and hope you will come back in the future and give us another chance. If you still have those pictures I would love to get a copy of them to send to my cleaners to make sure they understand what they missed in cleaning.
Thanks,
Management @ Legacy Beach Resort
We loved our visit to Bear Lake this year. The condo was central to all of the places we wanted to visit, it was clean, comfy and perfect for our family. The beach access was wonderful, and the pool/ hot tub was clean and fun.
We definitely plan to stay again !

Trouble with getaway
No beach towels as listed, no paper towels, no instructions to find dumpster or hot tub.
Only sofa sitting for 3.
Wish this info had been correct in description. BIG kitchen table, had a blast playing games. Very cold shower after hottub no hot water. I believe this is a better fit for summer getaways
We loved our stay it was perfect for our family that had three adult couples and a baby. They had laundry detergent, soap, shampoo and every utensil we could have needed. Check In and out was so easy . We bbq and they had propane, we used the pool and hot tub and the setting was amazing

Great location, teeny tiny living space
The three bedrooms were one master, and two rooms, each with a queen and three stacked bunkbeds. The dining table was huge, but the couch was a love seat. No room for four to watch a movie comfortably, much less the 12 people the condo sleeps.
The location was great, 15 minute walk to downtown Bear Lake and across the street to the small but adequate beach and very nice pool area. The road was VERY busy and VERY noisy. The porch was nice, but not a peaceful retreat because of the road noise.
Had a great time at the beautiful resort. We will definitely come back. Everything was great other then the weather on the last day. The only downfall we had was our BBQ grill was out of propane. The home was great that it was right across from the beach access and the kids loved playing in the pool and hot tub and playing in the sand. We sat out on the patio and played yard games. Definitely recommend it.
Great place. Great location. A few stairs to climb to get to the Kitchen but great beds, plenty of cooking utensils and nice appliances. Would rent again.
