This new and terraced house in a secure residence close to the ocean can accommodate up to 6 people. Your accommodation consists of an entrance, a friendly living room serving as a living room and dining room with fully equipped kitchen area. A bathroom with toilet on the ground floor. The floor includes a corridor that serves a bathroom, a separate toilet, three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed 160 cm and the other two with two single beds 90 cm. You can store your bikes and surfboards in a private cellar. The car park is secured by an electric gate. Reversible air conditioning.
Quiet and popular area of the south beach. Walking access to all shops and sports, fun and cultural activities. Very close pine forest and bike paths.
