Enjoy the charm of this pretty property, its magnificent award-winning park "flowered houses", private land up to the edge of "Gartempe". 5 mins from the abbey of Saint-Savin, Unesco heritage and shops; 10 mins from Angles-sur-l'Anglin, the most beautiful village in France; 20 mins from the spa resort La Roche Posay: 20 mins from the rail bike and the large market of Chauvigny. Leisure area 50 m away: fishing, games for children, bowling green.... Renovated stone house of 170m2, naturally cool on the ground floor, fans are installed in the bedrooms.

OUTSIDE:
The park gives all the charm of the property, large trees planted since 1880 for sequoia, magnolia, cedars... give a freshness to the place. The river is not in direct access to the bottom of the park, you have to pass through a small gate to find yourself on the other side of the stone wall and there is a communal path that passes between the park space of the house and the riverside land. The leisure area 50 m from this path offers an easy and very well equipped access space to the river with games...

- Above ground swimming pool of 10m by 5m secure
- Barbecue
- games for children and bicycles. Nalliers is a village of 300 inhabitants which no longer has shops or bakeries. It is therefore very quiet. You have to go 5km to Saint-Savin where you will find all shops, bakery, Intermarché, pharmacy....
If you have friends or family passing through in a motorhome or tent, there is the possibility of staying in the large leisure area for free for a few days, the town hall accepts without any problem if the calm is respected.
Generally clean sanitary facilities are also available free of charge.

Signposted circuits "the monks' vineyard", "From caves to castles" are to be done around the house; the gates of the Brenne park are 20 mins away and there are many nature activities.
Many listed churches including that of Nalliers are to be discovered and many castles offer visits and activities.
- 5 mins away, the frescoes of the Abbey of Saint-Savin, which is classified as a remarkable Unesco heritage site, are offered commented on guided tours.
- 10 mins away, Angles-sur-L'anglin is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, a fireworks show (6 August) is not to be missed if you are staying at this time. There is also a museum of prehistory and canoeing activities on the Anglin river, there are sword fighting and other activities on the theme of medieval and prehistory.
- 20 mins Chauvigny has the prettiest market in the Vienne on Saturday mornings, a medieval city with raptor shows at the eagle keep and many craftsmen, rail cycling is a very fun and sporting activity, terra aventura treasure hunts and many other activities.
- 30 mins away, in Civaux there is a small theme park called Terre de dragons"
