Spacious townhouse condo in beautiful gated complex - nobody upstairs! King bed in master, queen in guest room. Full bath upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. Dedicated work desk with monitor and chair in master bedroom, and strong fast WiFi.

Netflix ‘n chill with the big 70” TV. Enjoy breakfast and mountain views on the patio with the songbirds and hummingbirds surrounded by lovely greenery. Staircase from balcony directly to practically private hot tub and quiet courtyard.

Walking distance to downtown Palm Springs - great shops and restaurants, grocery store and two locations of popular coffee shop - Koffi! Also can walk to North Lykken and Taquitz Canyon hikes. Don’t need a car unless you want to explore the sights like Joshua Tree, Anza Borrego, Bombay Beach, Salton Sea and more. Covered parking if you do rent a car!

Great condo in fantastic location

The space is funky and fun and has everything you need to feel right at home. The complex has several great pools and hot tubs, and the residents (many full-time) are so friendly and welcoming. You'll feel like a local in no time. Easy walk to downtown and covered parking spot was right below the unit. Great stay!

Good Location near downtown.

Private, quiet, and well appointed for cooking. good salt pools, and spas, friendly neighbors. Covered parking for one car and more un-assigned parking in the complex. Easy access to downtown Palm Springs. Jennie was very helpful in making our stay memorable. And there was a hummingbird nest just off the balcony! It was not long before it felt like home.
