Super close to downtown Birmingham. Great communication. The rooms were cozy and quiet which we found to be very necessary with Woodward Avenue’s Dream Cruise happening during our stay.

Great location for work colleagues

My team works remotely and we were all in Oakland County for a work event. The communal areas allowed us to hang out in the evenings after work, and each person had their own bedroom. Convenient location!

Very comfortable

Nice property with very comfortable entertainment areas and bedrooms. It is very convenient to everything. Our group enjoyed it very much. It is well furnished with nice size entertainment, kitchen, and bedroom spaces. It didn't necessarily hit our luxurious scale which for price point should be closer. All said, we enjoyed the stay.

Very very hot

AC was basically non-existent accept on main floor. Bedrooms were 90 degrees plus when we arrived and stayed there even though thermostat was set to 66. I would not recommend staying there in the summer. Besides that, the house was great.

A Pleasant Experience

This property was in excellent shape. Everything about the property experience was very satisfactory. The main issue for me was the Stay Arbor representative I was referred to when I needed to amend my reservation. He was angry, rude, and not helpful. This was a very unpleasant experience. You need to talk to the company about their employees as they do not represent VRBO well.

A perfect property for any occasion!

We had a company event in the area and wanted to stay together instead of in a hotel. This property had an abundance of room, a fantastic basement with a projector, and even a pool table. It is located very close to lots of restaurant choices too. We couldn't have asked for a better option and will be back!
