## Logement Late arrival option – easy access to private parking – the flat is located on the 2nd floor of a block with a lift. The flat comprises: A bedroom with a double bed (futon: mattress on the floor) and two sofa beds A shower room with a toilet A fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing tasty meals after a day’s skiing or hiking A living room with a second sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after your outdoor activities The balcony offers unobstructed views of Mont Blanc. You will also have access to the residence’s garden and a parking space.
For your comfort, the accommodation is equipped with a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, an iron, a fan, a barbecue, a fridge, and much more.
The television works via the internet (shared connection required). Please note: the property does not have Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee.

## Emplacement Famous ski resort, Chamonix, is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix, is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.
