The southern exposure gives you great light throughout the day. Lush Florida landscape and an active bird habitat just feet away from your lanai. Enjoy 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with the master bathroom recently remodeled with great details. Sandpiper has a beautiful pool area with spa and pool house. Sandpiper is one of only two communities in Bonita Bay to have tennis courts. Enjoy the amazing amenities of Bonita Bay including over 12 miles of biking and walking trails, private beach access, 3 parks, a fishing pier, marina, restaurants and more! Two bikes and a dedicated parking spot are also included with your stay. This condo will feel like a peaceful getaway.

Beautiful condo in Bonita Bay

This is in a great neighborhood close to all the beach amenities and wonderful restaurants. We stayed for 2.5 mos. after Hurricane Ian flooded our home. The host is incredibly responsive and kind. This is your place if you want a nice place to stay in a warm sunny climate! You can sit on the patio and overlook a pond. Highly recommend!

Bonita Springs rental

This rental is in a beautiful gated community, close to the beach and conveniently located near US 41 for quick commutes to shopping, the airport and other attractions. The community itself had lots of amenities, including a free beach shuttle, a pool right across the street and other activities like bocce ball courts tennis and pickleball courts. The unit was spacious with a good layout for guests, had a large lanai situated on a pond for a peaceful, relaxing space. The hosts were great, quick to respond to questions and information. Overall I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Florida. The location, spaciousness, amenities and hosts all contributed to a fantastic vacation experience.
