Our beautiful condos are located in Cedar Key directly on the Gulf of Mexico amid a true nature preserve, swaying palms and warm Gulf breezes. Walk out your unit and you will find a pool located directly on the Gulf. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a fun and exciting vacation destination, we will fill and exceed your expectations for comfort and location. There is no boat parking available onsite. Public boat parking available one block east or 2 blocks north. Pool closed for chemical treatment Mon/Thurs from 10-3. Grills are park style and at end of complex. Bring utensils, charcoal, grill brush and lighter fluid.

Fantastic Stay at Island Place 215

My husband and stayed at this property for a long weekend getaway. The property was right on the water with great views, and easily walkable to the restaurants/shops on water. We were happy with the size and cleanliness of this rental and spent evenings on the back deck watching the sunset. Highly recommend this place!

Spring break with the family

Great small town to visit. You can avoid the big crowds and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere. Place was clean. The pool was awesome. I have no complaints at all. If anything we will be back.
