The Bergschlössl lies quietly on a hill with no through traffic.
With great attention to detail, we have tried to make it pleasant and cozy for our guests.
Our 2 room apartment, approx. 46 square meters, is equipped with everything your heart desires: small kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and much more. The living-dining room with a comfortable sofa bed, LED TV 40 inches, radio, safe, spacious dining area and access to the large balcony - here you can enjoy the sun until sunset. Parasol and balcony furniture are available for you.
Bedroom with double bed and additional topper, 32 inch LED TV, adjoining the shower, separate toilet.

The apartment has an absolutely quiet corner location in the house.
We are happy to provide high chairs and baby cots for our little guests
(small fee).

IMPORTANT: Children up to 6 years are free of charge. Do not specify as a person when calculating.

Of course, good four-legged friends can also be brought along (fee).

In the house there is:
Sauna, infrared cabin, fitness room, table tennis, play room,
Ski cellar, internet wifi.
The Hocheck cable car and the town center are around 600 m away. Numerous hiking trails start right from the house.
Oberaudorf-Kaiserreich - is not called one of the most beautiful mountain and holiday regions in the Alps for nothing.

Kleine schöne Ferienwohnung in der zweiten Etage, mit allem was benötigt wird. Nur das WLAN-Signal war in unserem Urlaub recht schlapp. Ansonsten alles Top.

Sehr gemütlich

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Blick vom Balkon ist grandios und schöne Wege zum Laufen beginnen direkt vor der Tür. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder, dieses mal als Teilnehmerin bei einem Lehrgang - das nächste mal gerne auch zum Urlaub machen...

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt und die Ruhe im Mai in Oberaudorf mit unsrem Hund genossen. Im Appartment hat alles gepasst es ist gut gelegen und sauber. Das einzige was zahlreicher vorhanden sein könnte sind die Mülleimer am Wegesrand was nicht schlecht ist wenn man mit Hund unterwegs ist. Rund um ein schöner Ulaub.

Entspannter Familienurlaub in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Oberaudorf. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt und der Kontakt war sehr nett. Die Wohnung verfügt über alle notwendigen Details um einen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen. Das Haus liegt am oberen Rand des Dorfes. Perfekt zum Wandern. Diverse Routen starten gleich hinterm Haus. In 10 Minuten erreicht man locker zu Fuß den Bäcker, Metzger, Eisdiele und diverse Restaurants. Ebenfalls den Bahnhof kann man gut erreichen, sodass einen Tour nach München nichts im Wege steht. Unser Sohn war auch vom Gemeinschaftsraum im Keller mit Kicker und Tischtennis begeistert. Wir haben es fast täglich genutzt. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. Gerne nochmals im Sommer und für längere Zeit. Eine kleine Anmerkung wäre der Gemeinschaftsfitnissraum. Hier müsste mal der Hausmeister die Geräte warten. Diese waren überwiegend nicht funtionsfähig. Dies ist bei dem tollen drumherum jedoch meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau ;-) Wie gesagt; Vermieter und Wohnung sind absolut empfehlenswert.

Unterkunft und Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung konnte man innerhalb von 30 Fahrminuten viele verschiedene Sehenwürdigkeiten besichtigen. Der Aufenthalt am Luegsteinsee zum Baden und relaxen ist ein hervorragender Ausgleich zu den Besichtigungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great apartment!

The apartment is very nice, clean, with many details. Perfect for a great vacaction. It has everything you need: starting with a scenary view every morning, it has many towels, blankets, dishwasher, washing machine (€4) and everything you need for cooking. Also a sauna and ski storage, and a play Room. It is near the free way 93 and 8.
