To discover in the popular Couchant district this beautiful and large modern apartment opening onto a large 80 m² terrace with sea views, in a second line residence, a stone's throw from the beaches and shops. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), the 6-bed accommodation is organized around its large circular terrace where all the main rooms have direct access to the terrace: large living room with its kitchen area, master bedroom with 160 cm double bed , secondary bedroom with 140 bunk bed. Modern apartment with all the equipment, very well ventilated (no need for air conditioning), and private parking space in the basement of the residence.
