Near from the beaches, we recommend this comfortable and spacious luxury apartment for your vacation; located on the 1st floor of a residence 200m from the sea in the sunset district, you will be delighted by the volumes (75 m²) of this modern and well-equipped apartment which has all the comforts for your stay: air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher, garage in the basement. The crossing type apartment consists of two independent bedrooms on the east side with access to a shared terrace, a large bathroom; On the west side, you will appreciate the large living room with its fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large furnished terrace where you can enjoy evening meals.
