Telephone, DAB radio with CD player and TV. 2 garage spaces and 1 outdoor parking space. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Selvas is situated at the entrance of the village Sils Maria. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The cableway Furtschellas is reachable within 10 minutes by foot or even faster by bus. The bus stop is 50m away. Busses run every half hour in all directions. Hiking trails are in the surrounding area.
