Le logement est trÚs bien situé car il faut 5mn maxi pour aller a la plage a pied.Le quartier est calme, le stationnement accessible selon les heures en journée car le secteur est tres fréquenté. Probleme a l arrivée avec remise des clés avec 2h de retard !!!Personne a notre arrivee, juste une boite a clé, une présence est a privilégier a l avenir.Quelques équipements en cuisine à compléter car ça manque un peu, l appartement est vieillissant, des mobiliers a remplacer dans un avenir proche.Le centre ville est proche a 1km a pied ou a vélo. Les déplacements et balades a vélo trÚs faciles car les pistes ciclables sont tres proches.La region est trÚs agréable avec l océan a proximité.
