Spacious Luxe 5BR—Ski Shuttle & walk to lift, 2 living room, game & movie room

Enjoy our comfortable and spacious home located in Arrowhead.
5 bedroom/5 bath. Perfect house for large family or up to 3 families.
This is our family home 5 months of the year! It has a great floor plan for family gatherings. Home is set up for your comfort with all the amenities of home.

Arrowhead has the lowest altitude of the 3 Beaver Creek Resort ski villages (Bachelors Gulch, Beaver Creek & Arrowhead). Staying in Arrowhead (with its lower altitude) helps you sleep better and breath easier!

WINTER/SKI ACCESS: This home is located just 300 yards from the Arrow Bahn Express Lift at the base of Arrowhead. Guests can choose to walk along Wildflower Place and Arrowhead Circle to reach the lift or call the complimentary Arrowhead Dial-a-Ride shuttle service.

SUMMER: Close walk to Country Club of the Rockies, Arrowhead tennis courts, and trail heads for hikes. New traffic circle makes biking to the Hwy 6 bike path a breeze! Dogs are ok on a case by case basis in the summer with paid pet cleaning fee of $650.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Our home is a duplex. Please keep in mind the noise level of your music or tv and the time of day you are playing loud music.
This is our home please treat it like it is yours. If you break something please let us know and/or replace it. No smoking of any kind is allowed.

This is the perfect rental home for incredibly close access to Beaver Creek Arrowbahn lift. It is a perfect vacation home for a large family or 2-3 families. You will know when you enter this is not a rental unit, it is a home! Home is large over 4,700 square feet. 2 living areas, and LARGE game room with projector TV and basement fireplace! Perfect for movies or football!

This property has 2 living areas with fireplaces (downstairs LARGE game room with projector TV, game tables and bar).
Dining room on main floor features a bar with dishwasher, drawer refrigerators and smart TV.
Upstairs suite has attached bathroom, king sized bed and lofted area with 2 twin beds and 2 blow-up mattresses (available upon request).
