Spacious Luxe 5BR—Ski Shuttle & walk to lift, 2 living room, game & movie room

Enjoy our comfortable and spacious home located in Arrowhead.
5 bedroom/5 bath. Perfect house for large family or up to 3 families.
This is our family home 5 months of the year! It has a great floor plan for family gatherings. Home is set up for your comfort with all the amenities of home.

Arrowhead has the lowest altitude of the 3 Beaver Creek Resort ski villages (Bachelors Gulch, Beaver Creek & Arrowhead). Staying in Arrowhead (with its lower altitude) helps you sleep better and breath easier!

WINTER/SKI ACCESS: This home is located just 300 yards from the Arrow Bahn Express Lift at the base of Arrowhead. Guests can choose to walk along Wildflower Place and Arrowhead Circle to reach the lift or call the complimentary Arrowhead Dial-a-Ride shuttle service.

SUMMER: Close walk to Country Club of the Rockies, Arrowhead tennis courts, and trail heads for hikes. New traffic circle makes biking to the Hwy 6 bike path a breeze! Dogs are ok on a case by case basis in the summer with paid pet cleaning fee of $650.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was even better than advertised. You can tell this is someone’s home and not just another investment firm rental property. The furnishings, decorations, and all the conveniences of home were exceptional. Definitely the best rental home we have had in our 15 years of ski trips.

What a great place for family or a few families with kids ski trip. Convenient walk to the Arrowhead lift, great game room for kids, and really nice small touches to make you feel welcome (welcome basket, waters by the night stands, etc.).

Beautiful Mountain Retreat

We stayed in this beautiful home in Edwards for a post Christmas Family Ski vacation. It is nicely decorated, very comfortable and in a good location for skiing. You could easily have two families stay here with the five bedrooms and large basement.

What a beautiful place. My friends and I came together for a ski trip and had a wonderful experience. The house is so well appointed, close to the slopes and pool and club, and the amenities were delightful. Our host could not have been more responsive. Great place to stay!

Very communicative host and the property had all the essentials you could need for a ski vacation. My family and friends had an amazing time. The basement was a great area with something to do for everyone. We walked to the lift, the pool, and the club house. Ample parking, comfortable beds, lots of towels and space for everyone. I would stay here again!

Annual family ski trip

It's easy to summarize my stay at this property, it was flawless. The home is beautiful and the location is perfect. My family made great memories on our trip this year, especially playing ping pong in the game room. I would definetly recommend it to anyone who's looking to stay with family or friends in the Beaver Creek/Arrowhead area.

This Arrowhead home is a perfect choice in Vail Valley

This is our second stay in this home. It’s always well stocked, Clean and beautiful inside and out. The owners are great, their aim is to improve your stay in every possible way. For example, on arrival I’ll get a message to all activities and events going on during my stay, and more throughout my stay letting me know other activities that have been added as well They are very quick to respond to any message I send. The home is in the perfect spot, close proximity to pretty much every thing in the Vail Valley! We will definitely be back next year for our third year!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! The house is huge, and comfortably fit all of us. The property manager is very accessible and responded quickly with my few questions. I would most definitely stay here again….location is perfect and neighborhood is quiet and friendly! By far one of the best homes we’ve stayed in , in the Vail Valley!

Our group and had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. Right from the very beginning, there was clear communication leading up to the trip, and a very easy and seamless/fast check in process.Our group had more than enough room to sprawl out, and the two living areas allowed our teenagers in the group to have their own space in the basement with a huge TV and multiple games.Overall, the beds were super comfy, along with all the couches and living arrangements. The house was very well appointed and had everything we needed. Several very thoughtful touches throughout.The location also was fantastic - only a short 4 minute walk up to the lift. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat - very highly recommend to others!

2023 family reunion

This is a wonderful, well-maintained, well-appointed and very comfortable. It is perfect for a family reunion such as ours. Kids and adults all enjoyed the game room and attached screening area. Younger people didn't mind walking to the lift, two elders found the shuttle service convenient. Easy walk to the pool and hot tub. Arrowhead is a perfect family ski area with great grooming and easy access to Bachelors Gulch and Beaver Creek. We had a wonderful, very memorable vacation and would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Home Steps from Lift

Our group of 7 adults stayed at this home for a recent ski trip to Beaver Creek. The house is located in a beautiful private community very close to the chairlift (~100 yard walk). The house was very clean and provided all the amenities we needed. The highlights included the well-stocked kitchen, two separate recreational areas with top-of-the-line big screen TVs, and five beautiful bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the downstairs rec room with big screen TV and ping pong table. Stephanie the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Arrowhead Family Ski Gettaway

We have rented in Arrowhead and Beavercreek several times. Terrific house... Just a 2-3 min short walk to the Arrowhead lift. Downstairs has two large master bedrooms, game tables and projection screen perfect for middle-aged kids to hang. The three upstairs masters are really nice. Lots of amenities -- cell chargers, k-cup coffee, bottled water everywhere, spa level robs, nice AND laminated TV instructions (for tech challenged parents!) Community hot tub is short walk, but not at the house. Very thoughtful and responsive hosts who have thought of everything that a ski family would need!

Great ski house

The house was just as described. Perfect location, the on demand shuttle was fantastic, and the amenities were great. It was so nice to have some basic items already there (spices, extra tissue, detergents, etc.) We have only one negative comment and it’s about storage space in the master bedroom. There’s no closet available and only two small racks for hanging things. Our room was a disaster, but otherwise everything else was top notch. We had plenty of living space and everyone was comfortable. Thanks for a nice ski house for our blended group of 11!

We love sharing our home with families and friends wanting to enjoy the wonderful Vail Valley. We strive to provide little extras to make our guests experience an extraordinary one (welcome gift, 2 large bottled waters in every room, starter coffee and tea, access to our condiments and spices, 2 plush robes in every room, extra towels in every bathroom, etc.) We do lock-off the primary suite's closet as we do use the home quite often, and it allows us a place to store our personal belongings. The primary suite has a large dresser in which every drawer is vacant for use by our guests. We also provide hanging space in the room with 2 separate A-Frame clothes racks that provide 20 inches each of hanging space with hangers. The home also has a coat closet with hangers that we leave open and empty. Every other room has cleaned out and empty closets with hangers. In addition all drawers in the primary suite bathroom (and all bathrooms) are empty and ready for guests to use. We take pride in our home and meeting our guests expectations.

Perfect Ski house for a family or large group!

What an incredible find! Steps away from a ski lift, minutes away from Beaver Creek and Vail, but tucked away on a cul-de-sac, you really feel like you are coming home at the end of the day. Perfect for large families (or a large group of friends), each bedroom feels like its own private suite. And there’s so much additional living space that no one feels like they are “on top of each other.” The listed amenities are fantastic, but it’s the little things that really make this home stand out, like amazing water pressure and hot water throughout the house, extra refrigeration space in each of the two bars, super-soft towels and linens, a great kitchen for cooking meals, and notes from the owners on how to best use the home’s electronics as well as recommendations for dinner in town! You really feel like you are in someone’s home, and not just renting space from a company. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to forgo the crowded ski villages and, instead, opting for hassle-free elegant comfort.

This was such a wonderful house for our vacation with friends! Stephanie is a superb host. Communication was excellent. When we discovered the last renter had broken the coffee maker carafe, Stephanie responded by sending a whole new coffee maker within an hour. This place felt like home for our two families with young children. It was the ideal place to hang out. Short walk to the Arrowhead lifts was easy even with the kids. The house was well stocked with an abundance of beautiful kitchenware, two grills, two dining tables (we put all the kids together and the adults enjoyed our own tables), comfy beds, and great bathrooms with robes, towels, and soap/shampoo. Loved the basement setup with an awesome projector/sound system for movies and the ping pong table and foosball were a hit! Overall this house exceeded expectations and was the perfect home away from home.

This is the perfect rental home for incredibly close access to Beaver Creek Arrowbahn lift. It is a perfect vacation home for a large family or 2-3 families. You will know when you enter this is not a rental unit, it is a home! Home is large over 4,700 square feet. 2 living areas, and LARGE game room with projector TV and basement fireplace! Perfect for movies or football!
