One of a kind home with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay with family and friends.
- Main house: 2 bed/1 bath, indoor fireplace, dedicated workspace with 24" monitor, outdoor deck with view of the pond, grill, and outdoor dining area. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking plus a wine fridge.
- Guest house: private house with bed, kitchenette, dining area, full bathroom, and workspace.
- Outdoor firepit.
- Lawn games and pond toys (paddleboard, kayak, canoes).

The house is 5min away from Jeffersonville or North Branch, and 10min away from Callicoon. All towns have one of a kind amenities which include supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

Float down the Delaware river, play golf in one of a kind course, visit the nearby alpaca farm, go hiking, road biking, trailing, and more!

House is impeccably clean and equipped with all new appliances. Very comfortable, great views, well maintained grounds, and abundant wildlife. An excellent retreat to relax and enjoy the best of nature.

Relaxing stay in a great location

We had a relaxing time at this really updated cabin. Everything you need is right there! Kayaks, paddleboard, Frisbee and board games- it's all there. Jose was readily available to answer any questions. We will definitely come back. Thank you for a great stay!

Best. Place. Ever.

Our stay here in Sullivan County was spectacular because of this rental. We had a wonderful time canoeing on our own personal pond and just sitting outside enjoying our view on the deck. The house was clean and equipped with all the amenities. The host was very communicative and responsive during our stay. We are booking other nights for an upcoming trip so don’t sleep on this property.. or do! Lol

As close to perfection as I’ve seen

Jose’s house is absolutely stunning; better than we could’ve hoped. The property is large yet intimate, private, and perfectly secluded. It’s easy to find, very well maintained, and will fill your lungs with that sweet upstate air. There is a main house and a guest house, with a lovely fire pit between the two. The guesthouse is a sizable studio, and the main house has 2 bedrooms with ample space for more if needed. Both houses are brand new yet cozy, immaculately clean, stylish, and well equipped (the bathroom in the main house is the nicest I’ve ever seen. Seriously). The main house has a working fireplace that brings an added rustic feel to the luxurious surroundings. The attention to detail throughout is spot on. The host, Jose, was very accommodating and quick to communicate, ensuring that we had the best stay possible. We had a wonderful stay at this house and we truly hope to be back again soon. Many thanks, Jose!
