About this property

Rent villa with swimming pool - sleeps 9 - Coti-Chiavari (20)

We rent our holiday home in a quiet little corner of paradise in Acqua Doria, in the town of Coti Chiavari. Accessible by Ajaccio airport (50 min). Renovated.
A few minutes drive from the dream beach of Cala d'Orzu (and the beaches of Portigliolo, Cupabia...)
The house is composed of:
- A large living room with an open kitchen, fully equipped
- A large bedroom adjoining the living room, with a private outdoor bathroom (bed 160x200)
- A sleeping area with three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with a bed of 140x190 and a children's bedroom with a bunk bed (+ a trundle bed) for three children. These three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside, a large dining table to seat 10 people, a pool area with a 7m by 3m swimming pool, a lounge area under a pergola with an extra kitchen (sink and plancha)

We accept pets with an additional deposit.

Villa familial

Nous sommes arrivés dans une magnifique villa familiale pour une semaine, 2 couples avec 4 enfants. L'accès est un peu délicat mais la maison et la vue en valent la peine !!Les propriétaires sont adorables et de bons conseils pour passer un excellent séjour.La mer est à quelques minutes en voiture.
