The comfortably furnished house has a large, open space on the ground floor
with kitchenette, dining. - and living area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and another room with a closet, clothes horse and storage space for suitcases.
The upper floor is an open sleep. - and lounge area with two single beds and
a lounger. It is accessible via a spiral staircase in the living area.
In addition, a storage room (building services) can be used from the outside. B. the garden furniture, the grill and the possibility to safely store your bicycles.
In front of the house is a fenced terrace with a screen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine wunderschöne Lage direkt am See. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden bereitgestellt sowie zusätzliche Decken im Schrank. Das Check-In und -Out war durch den Schlüsselsafe super praktisch, da wir erst spät abends angereist sind.

Schöne Lage mit Blick auf de See. Für die Hundespaziergänge genügend Grünflächen in direkter Umgebung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir werden nochmal hinfahren.

Wij hebben 2 heerlijke weken gehad in dit vakantiehuisje! Alles was keurig verzorgd, netjes en schoon. Zelfs de bedden waren opgemaakt bij aankomst. Het huisje is ruim. Het bed in de slaapkamer was erg comfortabel, fijn matras. De vide met twee bedden minder geschikt voor kleine kinderen,maar verder prima ! Terras is heerlijk met uizicht over het meer. Heerlijke plek!

Huisje op mooie locatie met uitzicht op het meer.

Mooie locatie, prachtig uitzicht, dicht aan het meer. Niet geschikt voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen die nog niet kunnen zwemmen. Het heeft een mooie ligweide met gras als je het water in wilt kan dit alleen via de 2 zwemplatformen. Weinig privé op het terras voor het huisje. Verder een mooi huisje van alle gemakken voorzien.

Zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus für max. 2 Personen in schöner ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Betten bzw. schöne weiche Matratze für uns optimal. Die Betten waren bei Ankunft wie vereinbart überzogen, Handtücher vor Ort. In Sachen Küchenausstattung für Selbstversorger ist noch Luft nach oben. Auf dem offenen Dachboden liegen 2 Matratzen. Mit jüngeren Kindern würden wir das Haus aufgrund der gewöhnungsbedürftigen Treppe nicht empfehlen, da sie sehr sehr schmal ist und aufgrund nur eines Geländers die Unfallgefahr doch sehr hoch ist.

Prachtige omgeving, om nooit te vergeten

We hebben een super vakantie gehad in het prachtige Rieden. Wakker worden en in het meer springen, eten aan de overkant bij het restaurant. En rondrijden door het prachtige berg landschap naar Kochem, Koblenz, Keulen, Trier en naar Phantasialand geweest. Met verschillende activiteiten in de buurt kun je je prima vermaken. Het huisje was echt perfect. Alles was keurig netjes en de badkamer was fijn te gebruiken. Nog idealer : Een barbecue bij het huisje! Lekker in de vrije natuur genieten van verse vis of vlees. Bedankt <3

Erholung und Ruhe pur

Ein sehr schön gelegenes kleines Häuschen direkt am See. Wer Ruhe und Erholung braucht ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der See ist wirklich schön und es gibt zwei gute Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus, mit Liebe eingerichtet.

Das Haus ist super gelegen, der See nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Optimal für Kinder und Hunde. Durch die eingezäunte Terrasse können Hunde frei laufen. Wir können das Haus in allen Belangen weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.

Super toll

Das Ferienhaus war bei unserer Anreise blitzblank und hat alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr schön am See gelegen. Mit den Huden kann man wuderbar dort seine Runden drehen. Alles im allen super!

Gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, mit großzügig geschnittenen Örtlichkeiten.

Objekt ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen; liegt nahe am Riedener Waldsee in ruhiger Umgebung, aber fußnah zu den beiden Restaurants.
