Welcome to our beautiful modern farmhouse built in 2021. This is located in an established neighborhood, minutes from Texas Tech and the South Loop.
You’ll love our open concept living area, perfect for you and your family/friends to hang out. We have a great patio with outdoor seating and grill, perfect for enjoying a beautiful West Texas evening.
Each bedroom has some of the top rated mattress and sheets, you may just end up spending most of your time here. The main bedroom with on suite bath, is decorated in a vintage boho style, you'll wish you had this closet at home! The first guest room, has two cozy twin beds and you'll love the sweet and playful design of this room.The next guestroom, is like a walking into blooming desert with a reflections of the beautiful West Texas landscape.

We stayed about 2 weeks. The house was very nice. It looked like it was built about 3 years ago. Back yard was very nice when it was mowed and groomed. The rooms were very nice and large. The bathrooms were a good size and everything worked. I would stay at the house again.

Great property

This is a great house. There were 5 adults in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us. We even managed to cook a full Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen. The house is in a nice neighborhood and is convenient to Texas Tech University and pretty much anything you may want to do while in Lubbock. We would definitely stay here again!

The owner was so nice and great to work with. We were in town over two weeks for medical reasons and having this house made a stressful time a lot easier. The house was nice and comfortable. The central location in town was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice, affordable house for a family of 6. Memory foam Beds were pretty firm, but all-in-all it was an enjoyable stay. Very clean, nice interiors and nice kitchen/living area. Has garage to park car for security as well. Would stay here again if needed.

Love This Place

We had the BEST weekend staying at this property. It was spotless, so pretty and comfy! Great beds and plenty of room inside and outside (back patio) to visit with family and friends. We came to Lubbock for our niece’s Texas Tech graduation. The location was really convenient and neighborhood was great. The host was very easy to get in touch with and answered all our questions. Highest of recommendations and hope to stay again!

Very clean and nice house. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. I rented the house for work and the Wi-Fi was very fast and stable. Smart TV in the main room allowed my add my streaming apps. I would highly recommend this rental.

Nice, clean home

The house was very cute and clean and fit our family of 5 well. Even had extra space. The beds were hard but as you laid on them they kind of sunk in, like a memory foam mattress. While there we had some rain/bad weather and we lost power. The on-site person doesn’t answer phone calls but did text me pretty quickly after I left a voicemail to let me know the status of the power outage. I’m not sure how long it lasted because we left for the day and returned later but she did let me know when the power was back on. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood but we didn’t feel unsafe there. They have several cameras around the property. Close to a donut place called Rita’s which we highly recommend. Good place to stay if you’re in the neighborhood.

Great house for price but was very minimal

Beds were amazing. By far my favorite beds that I had stayed in out of hotel or homes. Landlord was amazing. We got there and there was 1 roll of toliet paper in the whole house Christmas eve and they dropped us off more rolls within 30 minutes. House was remodel and very nice. The house was bare in regards to other houses we have rented. No extras of anything but cleaning supplies. There was coffee pods for keriug. You could tell that the house probably isn't lived in. So just make sure if you stay here you bring spices, cooking sprays, shampoo, soaps, hair dryer. Everything that hotels have standard this house didn't. There was a huge backyard. Overall we loved the house and would definetly stay again. Just wish we would have know to bring more stuff from home. Last thing and we knew this by the pictures is there is only 1 TV in the living room,so if your kids go to sleep to tv bring tablets and plan to stream off them.

Great hosts and great house!

Vanessa and Lisa are life savers! We had 5 adults staying together for the weekend as we came to town to have a memorial service for our dad. We had a different VRBO booked but, when that host cancelled our reservation one hour before we were supposed to check-in (due to no fault on our end), Vanessa and Lisa worked with us to get us into the rental that day (within about an hour of when I reached out to them). The house was just what we needed! The neighborhood is older but this house is new and updated. The back patio was large and very enjoyable. The open concept kitchen/dining/living space was perfect and allowed us to have a few other family members over for a meal. Overall, we are very appreciative of Vanessa and Lisa working with us to make our weekend as enjoyable as possible. Thank you both!!! We will definitely look at this property, and any others operated by you, for our future visits.
