AMENITIES: Bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and other minor essentials are provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests.
PARKING: Available in the driveway or on the street.
WASHER/DRYER: Available for your use with detergent provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests.
WIFI: Fast and free for your convenience.

We had a comfortable one night stay at this property. The house was as described; nothing fancy, but had the necessities. The living room/kitchen were smaller than expected, but that wasn't a big deal for us.
This is a budget house, but it has everything you need. From laundry, to good wifi. It's an easy drive to Texas tech university. And walking distance to some good restaurants
We arrived and discovered there was no water at the house. I reached out to the owner and was told there was nothing he could do. See his response and the pictures. Therefore, we were out the expense of two hotel rooms for the night.We are the owners of a nightly rental and would never, ever think about leaving our Guests in a situation like this.

To clarify, you reported a water outage at 10 pm on the night of your arrival, which we immediately attempted to assess. However, given the late hour and city utility constraints, there was no action that could reasonably be taken until the next morning. This was not a matter of negligence or indifference, but rather a situation where external limitations prevented a same-night resolution.
While we understand and regret the inconvenience, the suggestion that we knowingly left you in that situation without care is a gross mischaracterization of the circumstances. We responded as swiftly and reasonably as possible under the conditions.
We appreciate that you operate your own rental property, and we believe you would understand that unforeseen utility disruptions—especially those occurring late at night—sometimes require resolution windows that are simply out of the host’s control.
We value our guests and strive to ensure a quality stay, but we must also be fair and accurate in how events are represented.
