About this property
5 minutes from the beach! Apartment T2 Arcachon - La Teste de Buch
Very nice recent apartment on the raised ground floor located in Eco-district at the gates of the Dune du Pyla, the beaches of the Bassin d'Arcachon and many Leisure Parks.
The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a large bedroom with cupboard, a pantry, a bathroom with shower, a large terrace.
At your disposal a numbered parking space in the basement
You can enjoy the swimming pool, a children's playground, two volleyball and basketball sports courts and a petanque court.
You will have direct access to the beaches, Arcachon, the Dune de Pyla etc... without the inconvenience of slowdowns on the A660 motorway between Le Teich and Arcachon.
Another advantage, between each tide, swimming is always possible on the beaches of Pyla sur Mer, Le Moulleau and Arcachon.
For enthusiasts, there are many cycle paths and the possibility of renting bikes.
