Du bon et une foule de détails qui gâche un peu l'ensemble.Le bon : apparemment suffisamment spacieux pour 5, résidence sécurisée, bon insonorisation, parking, proximité du métro et de plusieurs commerces. Ça c'est pour le positif. Le moins bon :Fils électriques aparament, barres de rideaux de travers, pas de verres à vin, pas une seule poêle, pas de bol, une "canapé" à l'extérieur bon pour la benne, une vitre occultée dans une chambre, aération cassée et bouchée dans une autre, brosse wc rouillée et cassée...rien de méchant mais l'accumulation agace d'autant qu'un bon bricoleur pendant 1h ou 2 et un tour chez Ikea avec un budget très raisonnable regleraient la quasi totalité de ces défauts.C'est dommage.
