Beautiful apartment on the first floor with a large balcony on the south side with a view of the Alps and the garden. Fully furnished, new modern kitchen with high quality equipment and dishwasher. Kitchen with dining area. Living room with comfortable sofa bed and flat screen TV. and sat. Connection. Video players and DVDs for young and old. Apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed and one with 2 single beds which can also be pushed together. High quality mattresses. Very large bathroom with shower and tub and 2 sinks. WiFi available. Washer and dryer use possible. Smoking allowed on the terrace. Children's travel bed and high chair available. Children's toys too. Bike rental possible. Very conveniently located to explore all 4 countries in the area. Germany, Switzerland, Lichtenstein and Austria.

Access for holiday guests
You get access to the holiday apartment and the associated balcony. Access to the laundry room and garden allowed by arrangement. 2 car parking spaces are available, further parking spaces nearby.
The garden can be used for barbecuing and lingering during the day. Also for children to play in the sandpit and on the lawn, or to watch the pets, chickens and dwarf rabbits.
You are also welcome to snack on our berries and fruits and herbs.

Comfortable and convenient

Very good directions on access to the apartment. Our family of 6 slept comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was very spacious. Thank you for a comfortable night's stay.

Très agréable semaine

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette location. Pas de surprises à l'arrivée : tout est conforme au descriptif et aux photos. La location est très bien située, proches des autoroutes, avec de multiples possibilités de randonnées et de visite. Très chouette!

Schönes Appartement im oberen Rheintal

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dem schönen Appartement im ersten OG. Die Einrichtung war schön und modern mit guten Betten. Die Steuerung von Licht und Heizung hat funktioniert war aber wohl mit der Homematic Heizungsregelung der Räume nicht für Kurzurlauber gedacht die mal individuell einen Raum mehr oder weniger beheizen wollen. Vor allem ohne Anleitung. Aber insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Erreichbarkeit von Gerhild bei Fragen war sensationell schnell und zuvorkommend.

Phantastische Unterkunft für eine Familie!

Wir waren für eine Woche mit vier Personen dort - zwei Erwachsene, zwei Teens. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend geschnitten, bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit eigenem Essbereich sowie eine große Terrasse. Alle Räume sind sehr gut eingerichtet, die Betten sind hervorragend, die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen, grünen Wohngebiet - keine Essmöglichkeit direkt nebenan, aber eben auch keine störenden Geräusche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto sehr schnell erreichbar. Für uns war auch die Lage optimal, da wir Ausflüge in alle Richtungen gemacht haben und dafür sehr zentral lagen. Die Vermieterin ist extrem nett und aufmerksam, auf jede Frage wurde - per WhatsApp - sehr schnell reagiert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Das Objekt ist sehr schön, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Für eine Familie mit einem Kind sehr gut auch für mehrere Personen optimal das einzige Manko leider nur eine Toilette aber mit Absprache klappt alles 😊

Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja sopi erinomaisesti kolmen sukupolven yhteiskäyttöön. Keittiö hyvin varusteltu ja hyvät sängyt. Rauhallinen sijainti, parvekkeelta näkyi Alpit. Suihku/wc tilava ja siisti. Voimme suositella kohdetta.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen für 4 Tage zum Skifahren in der Ferienwohnung. Durch die günstige Lage erreicht man in 30 min Fahrtzeit verschiedene Skigebiete (Montafon, Brandnertal, Laternsertal, Bödele...). Die Wohnung ist tiptop sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral. Es hat alles bestens gepasst. Vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter! Fam. Müller

Sehr schönes Appartement. Gute Ausstattung. Die Betten in den beiden Schlafzimmern sind sehr bequem. Das dritte als Schlafzimmer ausgewiesene Zimmer Ist das Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch, die leider eher etwas unbequem ist. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut.

Ich habe die Wohnung für jemand anderen angemietet und sie waren bestens zufrieden. Alles vorhanden.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und einladend. Prospekte für Ausflüge, Spiele und Bücher sind vorhanden. Es gibt in Vorarlberg, Tirol, Deutschland, Schweiz und Lichtenstein viel Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele für Kinder und Erwachsene. Ein tolles Schwimmbad ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Beautiful clean apartment. We were very pleased.

This apartment is clean and well organized. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need. The bathroom has two sinks, a bathtub, and a free standing shower. The beds are very comfortable. And there is a great deck with a table and many chairs. We were a one night stay but you would feel at home if you stayed longer.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung war für unsere Zwecke (gemischte Gruppe von Sportlern) ideal: es ist sauber, geräumig, sehr gut eingerichtet (voll ausgestattet Küche - sogar mit Kaffee :-) ), viele Zimmer, verkehrsgünstig (Vierländereck), gute und nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel... Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr nette und tolle Vermieter, die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet in einer guter Lage und hat dazu beigetragen, dass der Urlaub noch schöner war. Bis zu den Skigebieten ist es nicht all zu weit, Schwimmbad auch in 15min erreichbar. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

La casa è molto carina e accogliente. I proprietari sono estremamente disponibili, discreti e allo stesso tempo presenti. La posizione favorevole consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti le belle località sul lago a nord e il Liechtenstein e le piste da sci a sud. Uno dei pochi posti in Europa dove è possibile varcare le frontiere di 4 Stati diversi in pochi minuti di auto! Consigliato per chi cerca relax in un ambiente alpino ma non solo...

ruhig - hell - geräumig - bestens ausgestattet

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell, geräumig und ruhig. Mit einiger "Ferienwohnungserfahrung" kann ich sagen, dass die Küche außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet ist. Ein großes Plus sind Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Es hat nicht wirklich etwas gefehlt, sogar Spülmaschinentabs waren vorhanden. Wir haben die Wohnung zu dritt belegt, sodass jeder einen "eigenen" Raum zur Verfügung hatte. Das einzige, was vielleicht bei einer Belegung mit mehr Personen als kleiner Nachteil empfunden werden könnte, ist die Tatsache, dass es kein separates WC gibt. Für uns war die verkehrsgünstig gelegene Wohnung der ideale Ort.

Amazing Property!!

Wow, we were very surprised by this property!! There is a TON of room, it was a shame we only stayed there for one night. Everything was nicely labeled, and the binder left by the property owner with restaurant recommendations was spot on - we had one of the best meals of our holiday at a great family restaurant in town.

Why they chose this property

Our house is situated in a quiet but central area. We built it according to our wishes and needs. We have views of the countryside and the Alps. In the immediate vicinity you will find shops, bus, train, sport and fun, and good restaurants and fast foods.
A list is available in the condo!
The apartment has been remodeled in 2015 to a holiday residenz. It is cozy equipped with all comforts and very good temperature and sound isolated.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is bright and friendly. The garden is inviting and usable also for a barbeque or sunbath in the summer times. The terrace is covered, enjoyable and very spacious and with a view tothe mountains. Enjoy breakfast with the romantic birds chirping or even a glass of wine in the evening when the sun goes down. Pick a apple directly from the tree. Or quietly watch the game of our dwarf rabbits or hens, it is relaxing and satisfying the soul, maby a smile sneeks up on your face.
