Modern 4p Apartment on Holy See

The "Villa am Holy See" was built in 1875/76 as a city villa by the Potsdam court architect Ernst Petzholtz near the Holy See's, the Cecilienhof on the outskirts of Potsdam's old town. Our apartments combine historic architecture and modern décor. They can be used with 2, 4 or 6 guests. All bedrooms are equipped with quality bedding, separately lockable and feature Wi-Fi and TV. Allen Apartments is a modern large kitchen available which can be shared. There is also the possibility of using a washing machine and dryer for our guests. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet and a separate toilet offer you the appropriate privacy morning.

Gut mit Schwächen - die man abstellen könnte

Top Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu den Highlights von Potsdam. Netter, freundlicher Kontakt zu den Kontaktpersonen. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt (WC, Bad getrennt) und mit einer Waschmaschine / einem Trockner ausgestattet. Das Bad allerdings ohne Fenster, was wohl dazu führt, dass die Dusche deutliche Schwarzstellen am Wannensilikon hat. Die Zimmer sind passend groß mit Fenster - insgesamt hell und freundlich, wenn auch manches mal der Straßenverkehr deutlich spürbar war und sich die Räumlichkeiten deutlich aufheizen. Die Schlafzimmer sind jeweils mit einem TV ausgestattet. Hier handelt es sich eher mit Kleinst-TV oder PC-Bildschirme mit blecherndem Ton und der Empfang ist auf DVB-T (öffentlich rechtlich) beschränkt, wenn das Empfangsgerät richtig platziert ist. Was für uns aus dem Inserat nicht klar (und leider zu spät) hervorging, ist die Tatsache, dass die großzügige, lichtdurchflutete Küche mit Sitzmöglichkeit ein Gemeinschaftsraum ist, der mit den Mietern des separaten Doppelzimmers geteilt werden muss ! (nicht kann). Das kann man mögen, muss man aber nicht, zumal die Fotos im Inserat suggerierten, dass das Doppelzimmer optional zum App. buchbar ist - das Foto des Doppelzimmers ist mit im Inserat des 4er App. abgebildet. Die "WG"-Nutzung geht u.E. nicht eindeutig hervor. Letztlich ist man auf 2 Schlafzimmer und die Sitzgelegenheiten im Flur beschränkt, was den eigenen Aktionsradius (gerade mit Familie) deutlich einschränken kann.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit fraglichen Vermietungsstil

Modernes 4er Appartement am Heiligen See - Schöne Ferienwohnung, die bis zu 6 Leuten genutzt werden kann. Wir kamen zu viert und dachren eigentlich, dass wir die Wohnung für uns haben. Schön ausgestattet. Man muss aber das leichte WG Verhältnis lieben.
