Ground floor: kitchen 20 m² - large living room 35m² with a large double-sided insert also opening onto the veranda- veranda 20m² very bright even in rainy weather- a bedroom with bed of 140 - bathroom and separate toilet
Floor: 1 large bedroom with bed of 160 - 1 bedroom with 2 beds (bunk beds) - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds + sofa bed for 2 people - bathroom + separate toilet
The house is very bright and equipped for young children: lots of games and books for 0 to 10 years old. The garden of 2000m² with trees and flowers allows you to enjoy the calm of this place. The house is very close to Brest, but also close to several beaches (less than 20 minutes) and the coast, offering opportunities for wonderful walks. More photos on request.
