Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung, Ausstattung der Küche das übliche Sammelsurium ausrangierter und nützlicher Sachen. Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, gute Messer sollte man nicht erwarten. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine in Ordnung, Besteckkorb fast komplett durchgebrochen. Sehr guter Stauraum, Decken teilweise sehr niedrig. Für Familien geeignet aber nicht für vier große Erwachsene. 4. Stock ohne Aufzug sollte erwähnt werden, ist aber gut machbar. Gut sortierter Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, Restaurants in der Nähe.Preis-Leistung gerade so okay für die Größe und Ausstattung, aber die Lage reißt es raus.Parkplätze hinter dem Haus sind bei Glatteis eigentlich nicht nutzbar, da nicht oder selten geräumt wird.

Alba ist ein super Ort zum Einsteigen in das Ski-Gebiet. Das Quartier hat eine ideale Lage zur Talstation.

Wohnung ok, aber mit einigen Mängeln
Wir waren Ende September 2022 in Alba/Canazei, wo die Temperaturen nachts bis auf den Gefrierpunkt sanken. Leider wird die Heizung erst im Dezember (!) eingeschaltet und die Wohnung ist leider schlecht isoliert. Der äußerst freundliche Verwalter hat uns jedoch ab dem 3. Tag einen Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt, womit es dann erträglich war.
Allgemein: Wohnung im 4. Stock (ohne Aufzug), war aber bekannt
Sauberkeit: ok, aber etliche Wollflusen unter den Betten/Couches
Küche: Funktional, aber Geschirr äußerst spartanisch!
Wasser: die Anschlüsse sind teilweise falsch angebracht, d.h. warmes Wasser (inkl. Dusche) kommt nur, wenn man den Hebel auf kalt stellt - LOL
Lichter zum teil defekt

Fotky a realita jiná.Po příjezdu malý šok,co se týká prostoru, ložnice dobrá,ale pokoj pro dva, strašně malý.Úsměvné jsou inzerované dvě koupelny,jedna malá a druhá ještě menší, nechápu tu logiku,jedna velká koupelna by stačila.Stálo by taky za to,napsat, že byt je ve 4.patře,bez výtahu.Mám 190 cm a celý pobyt jsem chodil v předklonu,opravdu podkrovní byt.Výborna je dostupnost k vlekům,5 minut pěšky a obchod přes ulici.

Piacevole soggiorno
Buongiorno, l’appartamento è situato in un’ottima posizione con ampi parcheggi e un comodo supermercato situato praticamente di fronte alla struttura. Ottima la pulizia al nostro arrivo e servizio ritiro chiavi e supporto super efficiente. Ottimo il fatto di avere due bagni. Da migliorare: consiglierei di inserire nella descrizione dell’appartamento il fatto che è situato al 4° piano senza ascensore, per persone con difficoltà fisiche/anziani, e la mancanza della Wi-fi. Buona giornata

Accogliente e confortevole
Mansarda molto semplice ma confortevole e accogliente, bagni nuovissimi, cucina ben allestita (unica pecca il frigorifero molto piccolo), camera da letto con ampio armadio mentre nella cameretta per questioni di spazio è presente solo una cassettiera. Market di fronte alla casa, pizzeria e ristorante a due passi. Gli impianti di risalita si raggiungono a piedi in pochi minuti. Il ragazzo che si occupa dell'accoglienza nell'ufficio è molto gentile e cortese, disponibile per ogni consiglio :)

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo piccolo appartamento ma comodo per quattro persone , comodo anche per i due bagni e in ottima posizione .

SOGGIORNO ad ALBA
Appartamento molto carino e confortevole, non adatto a persone con ridotta mobilità (4°piano) o troppo alte in quanto mansardato, comodo per raggiungere le piste (funivia 150mt) e supermercato di fronte, unica pecca, manca il forno ed una luce centrale nella stanza piu piccola
