Located 10 minutes from the zenith of Auvergne, 15 minutes from Clermont and Issoir, the apartment has just been renovated. No neighbors above, nor below! The area is very quiet and the street is very little trafficked.

The Gergovie plateau, the Village of Montpeyroux, the chain of puys and many other centers of interest

The apartment is equipped with everything you need.
Free parking 3 minutes walk away. Be careful, the place is not suitable for people who have trouble moving! Lots of stairs, and the double bed on the mezzanine.
