This former hayloft is furnished in rustic style: From the kitchen-living room with open fireplace, stairs lead up to two small bedrooms with bathroom; another toilet and outdoor shower by the pool. In front of the house is a covered terrace with barbecue and view over the pool to the green side valley. Excursions: Arezzo (35 km), Montepulciano (30 km), Pienza (40 km) and Lake Trasimeno (15 km). The lively Etruscan town of Cortona with trattorias, bars, stores, museums and galleries and a colorful weekly market 4 km.
