Just ten minutes from the sea recovers you look excellently at this typical and very pleasant Maison Vigneronne with roof terrace and summer kitchen. Reached the middle of a small but nice town with narrow streets and with all the necessities in direct walking distance (3 bakers, supermarket, pharmacy, greengrocers, etc.). Excellent starting point for trips to the sea or with the bikes through the many wine plantations. Very good starting point as the hinterland, as only 10 minutes to the nearest motorway slip road.

de belles vacances à Florensac

logement dans centre bourg, sur plusieurs étages la description correspond à la maison dommage que la cuisine d'été, terrasse au dernier niveau ne soit pas trop en état et fonctionnelle les ventilateurs étaient les bienvenus, il manque la clim par les fortes chaleurs

Maison sur 4 niveau ,dommage que la terrasse se trouve au 4ème niveau et la cuisine au 2ème, barbecue inutilisable grille rouillée. Manque d'hygiène en général.

Maison avec beaucoup de charme

cette maison a beaucoup de cachet, les propriétaires sont très sympas et à l'écoute. cette maison est composée de 4 niveaux, au rdv c'est l'entrée, au premier étage il y a la première salle de bain avec WC, salon, SAM, cuisine donnant sur un balcon, au 2ème étage deux chambres et la deuxième salle de bain avec WC et au troisième étage une chambre et la terrasse avec une superbe vue sur les toits...cette maison donne sur la place donc un peu bruyant tard le soir et tôt le matin, mais pratique beaucoup de commerces sont au pied de la maison, pour le parking gratuit il y en a à 5 mn à pied.

Sehr schönes Haus mit herrlicher Dachterrasse

Abwicklung und Kontakt zu Vermieter sehr problemlos und prompt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll und wertig ingerichtet. Man sieht direkt auf den lebhaften Platanenplatz mit "Marianne". Alle Geschäfte sind in Fußnähe. Für Alle geeignet, die nicht Stille und Einsamkeit suchen sondern lieber das tägliche Leben im Ort erleben wollen. Schön natürlich auch der nahe Strand.
