Slight problem at check in. My wife handeled the reservation/booking for all of us: 7 adults 2 kids. Her brothers family checked in on thursday and was charged 300 usd because my wife wasn't checking in. Sent message to our verbo contact to call front desk. Wife and the rest of us came friday. Expensive lesson learned: list family member that checks in first. Great trip, lots of fun had by all.

We’re sorry about the confusion at check-in. The resort never charged you $300 dollars and I explained that to you on the phone. There was a hold on your card at check in for that amount that gets released after the check out usually takes 3 business days. It’s unfortunate you provided a bad review for something that was never actually charged to you- security hold deposit already released. We would love to welcome you and your family back again soon!

Unbeatable location

Overall, great stay! Location is unbeatable as it is right by the pools, hot tub, bar and beach. The condo shows some age and could have been cleaner on arrival, but would definitely stay here again.
