The property was in a wonderful location close to beaches and restaurants. The house has a nice eclectic feel with antiques and a beautiful outdoor space.Unfortunately the house needs a deep cleaning, lots of dust, spiders and spider webs.Other than the cleanliness factor, great house.

Linda was a very polite guest, however she arrived with more people and children than the expected reservation. She also left the place rather unclean, crumbs everywhere, food in the bedooms and a dirty kitchen.
We loved our stay. The house was cozy, full of charm, and felt like staying at a friend’s or family member’s place. The host went out of his way to make sure we felt at home and even stocked the fridge with drinks and snacks for us. It was a comfortable, easy stay, and we will be back!
Quintessential New England experience, felt right at home. The home is close to the Rye and Hampton beaches and a stones throw away from many of New Hampshire's coastal dining gems. The hosts were incredible and look forward to booking again in the future.
We had a wonderful time here! Excellent location and so close to all the beaches and restaurants in Rye. Plenty of room for all of us. Highly recommend!
This spot is private, quiet and comfortable inside the house with plenty of outdoor room as well. It is an easy commute to the beach by car although parking can be problematic if you don't go early. The house lacks for nothing as far as we were concerned and we totally enjoyed our week long stay.
We stayed in a rainy October weekend, but still had a great time!
Jenness beach is beautiful and a hopping spot for surfers.
The house is an expanded cape, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a personal touch. We stayed in playing games and cooking, and felt very comfortable there.
The kitchen was amazing, casual and rustic looking, but it was a true chef’s kitchen, with everything you could need easily accessible. They even left out bowls of fresh vegetables from the garden for us, and a gift of wine and cheese in the fridge too.
The dining area had a big family table and a warm and cool woodworkers vibe with unique, maybe handmade, seating and chandelier.
The bedrooms were clean and pretty with tvs, there was a sun porch and cozy outdoor area and upstairs a huge soaking tub in a special fancy soaking tub room.
The owners were kind and communicative and we’d stay again in a heartbeat.
Nice house very close to the Rye beaches and short ride to Portsmouth. The house was comfy and the host was very communicative and went out of the way to make sure we well accommodated. Very pleasant stay.
Great Location! Beautiful Home! This home has a beautiful modern rustic farmhouse vibe that is both cozy and inviting. It immediately feels warm, comfortable, and relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind. The location is fantastic! Nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, it’s just a short drive to the beaches, making it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds. The hosts were wonderful, friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!
This house has everything! It’s a beautiful old structure that’s been nicely updated for the 21st century. Lots and lots of room for our family of six — a large living room, a nice dining room, three bedrooms with large beds (the master suite is a really nice, big space), a professional chef’s kitchen, a fascinating collection of great antiques and books, and even a small tank of real goldfish! This host has stocked the house with just about everything you could possibly need or desire. We can’t say enough good things about this property and this host.
This property was gorgeous! The host was more than accommodating. Located about 10 to 15 minutes from Portsmouth and Hampton, in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. If we visit this part of NH again, we will try to book this same property. The grounds were just as incredible as the home. I will add if you dislike a rustic New England experience then this rental may not be the one for you. However, for my family it was a perfect match!
