However, we’re sorry that the condition of the common areas and your individual condo did not meet expectations. Your comments regarding the worn hallway and lobby carpeting, paint, and overall need for updating are appreciated and will be shared with the appropriate team. We’re particularly concerned by your description of the couch, including the ripped cushions, stains, and cleanliness. That is certainly not the condition we want guests to encounter in our condo-style accommodations, and your feedback will be passed along for review. Hello Peggy, I am Happy Ronica was so helpful, she is always so amazing! I am, however, very sorry your other experience was less than stellar. We do have our cancellation policy set up the way it is for good reasons, it protects our unit owners and the company. It is unfortunate we were unable to issue a refund when you inquired about cancelling, we do typically suggest guests purchase the renters insurance. We do appreciate you staying your last night and not cancelling. Rose
