Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower with hand rails and a removable shower head. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, a microwave, and a gas fireplace in the living room. Don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our room was very clean. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Having a view of the water was so nice! The view itself is pretty and we also got to see a lot of boats go by. It was easy parking and checking in. The person working at the front desk was friendly and helpful. There were shops and restaurants just across the bridge within walking distance. Overall it was just a very nice place to stay.

Amazing view - nice condo

Was great to just watch the boats go up and down the channel - literally a front row seat on the balcony. The unit is a little older and worn, and could have used a few more kitchen supplies (Only a couple forks and spoons) but when we were there it was all about the view.

The convenience of location was outstanding right in the middle of downtown so shopping, eating, and the water were just a short walk. The views on the balcony were gorgeous the young children that traveled with us loved watching the bridge go up and down when boats were coming through the canal. The fireplace was the perfect touch for the chilly weather that we experienced and made staying inside a little easier. It felt very clean and well taken care of.
