Welcome to Unit #349—your cozy and inviting two-bedroom waterfront getaway, perfect for a relaxing stay in downtown Charlevoix. This charming condo features a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a loft bedroom with a king-size bed, along with two full bathrooms, including one with a walk-in shower for added convenience. The living room also includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, making it easy to accommodate additional guests.

The open-concept living space offers a functional kitchenette equipped with a two-burner cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave—ideal for preparing light meals. With seating for up to seven guests and the warm ambiance of a gas fireplace, the living area is perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a day of exploring.

Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy scenic waterfront views as boats glide in and out of Round Lake—an ideal spot to relax and take in the surroundings.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a convenient downtown location. You’ll be just a short walk from Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries, making it an excellent choice for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.

Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, offering a unique experience with every stay. With 60 distinctive units, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff, guests can expect a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

Location is good though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This room was really poorly maintained, lots of original from 30 years ago. Management made it worth our while to stay but honestly would not do this again. This is the first time in 30 years I wanted to leave. I would recommend the property but not the room.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reserved 4 units for a guys golf trip. Unit 347 and 349 need some serious upgrade. Really tired and would not stay in them again. Units 377 and 104 were very nice. Main foyer is a little tired and could use some sprucing up. Great location though.

Not the best, probably not the worst.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has not been upgraded in a LONG time.....furniture is functual but feels like you are walking into your Grandparents house. Upstairs bathroom toilet does not flush well....pee is fine but the other you had better use the downstairs one. Upstairs is MUCH colder than the upstairs bathroom the wall and floor have about an inch of separation. This unit REALLY needs an update on furniture, fridge (which is more like a college fridge) and general upkeep. We made due with what was provided but we also had other family friends in different units that had a COMPLETELY different experience as THEIR units were modern. I wouldn't rent from this unit again based on our experience but for those who say, 'eh, it's a place to stay', go for it.

Everything was very dated and the refrigerator is on its last legs. Renters need to ask upfront when the unit was last remodeled. I wish I had asked.
