Great location with private beach access.

Nice quiet condo complex. Check in was easy. No problems with condo. The couch bed could use a little fixing but over all a great weeks stay.

Prime Location and great property

If you want a short walk to beach, close to great restaurants and a community with amenities...this is the place to stay. The apartment will sleep 4 adults and 2 children. Only issue was the sofa bed was broken. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Rent at your own risk

This property is in a great location. Minutes to the beach and easy walk to restaurants…… HOWEVER many things were broke such as dishwasher, glass on side table , screen door, patio chair, and sofa bed. The owner has accused me and my family of all of these damages and this was all in this shape on our arrival. I was wondering why the couch was so uncomfortable. The pillows are as flat as pancakes and the queen bed is very uncomfortable. There were no extra linens. Luckily, I was required to purchase a vacation insurance with my reservation so I won’t be out of pocket any extra expenses. I have never been accused of this in all my time renting vacation properties. Rent at your own risk!

I inspect property for damage each time guest leave, Thank God this guest purchase insurance otherwise she will be paying out of pocket Owners , beware of this guest , trash and damage the property

Overall this is a very nice condo. If you’re a smaller family it’s perfect. We had a small issue with the bathtub drain but the owner resolved that very quickly and to our satisfaction. Everything was good with the exception of the people in the condo directly above. That’s nothing owner can control. There was a kid that was running through that condo and it sounded like they were going to come through the floor. This condo is nice and so close to the beach. You can walk out to the parking lot and hear the waves crashing across the street. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Gulf View, our first experience at a different one was not as pleasant. This one was much better. Really appreciated the owner’s responsiveness and taking care of everything to make our stay enjoyable.
