Very clean, beautifully decorated. Host was very helpful and communicated well. There is an active set of train tracks fairly close and Hwy 6 has truck traffic. So there is a fair amount of noise. I would stay again.
We were visiting for a conference in Waterloo. This VRBO is a gem. We were able to disconnect from a busy schedule to rest at this well designed property. Everything was thought of in this cute rental. When we’re back in Waterloo we’ll be sure to stay here.

This suite was fabulous....terrific design, everything you need at hand, very comfortable bed with nice linens, fully stocked kitchen that also had cereal and milk; wide swath of acreage to walk a dog. Very quiet..no road noise or noise from other occupants at the site, and lots of privacy. Near interstate and halfway between Nashville and the Upper Peninsula of MI. Great communication and attention from the host.

My daughter and I were there for a llama event at the Kendallville 4-H grounds. It is only 9 miles away. It right off US 6. Easy access. The cabin is very clean and spacious. It had a sitting room with a refrigerator, stove and microwave. The bathroom was awesome and decor was as cute as a button. It has ample parking. It is close to Fort Wayne and Rome city near Gene Stratton Porter’s house.

My name is Connie, and my husband Shayne and I own and operate the Inn together. We are both 51 years old and have been raising our 8 year old grandson from birth. His name is also Shayne and he loves to play outside at the inn during his days off at school. We live in a nearby town and we get to the Inn every morning and work to make the property better everyday.
Why they chose this property
I decided to buy this property after 2 years of managing it for a very close friend. My husband and I were owners of many regular rental properties when our friend ask us for a temporary favor to help him out running the inn. Little did we know that we would own it 2 years later and it would be the property that I would fall in love with. We sold some of the other real estate to able to focus on this one.
What makes this property unique
When your front tires begin to land on the driveway, I was fascinated. The trees create a kinda tunnel over the driveway. The magical feeling I felt the 1st time I ever came here pulled me in and made me fall in love with the place and I want others to experience that feeling.
